The tex2html_wrap_inline$^*$ ...tex2html_wrap_inline$^*$ convention for global variables has been changed. tex2html_wrap_inline$^*$ ...tex2html_wrap_inline$^*$ now indicates a global, mutable variable, i.e. bound by lset. The tex2html_wrap_inline$^*$ 's have been removed from global constants. Thus the following name changes have been made:
